
So-Q Terms and Conditions
Welcome to So-Q! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legally binding contract between you (“you” or “user”) and SocialQ, Inc., a corporation registered in Florida, USA (“SocialQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the So-Q mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
App: The So-Q mobile application, website, and all associated services.
Points: The virtual reward system used within the App.
Verified User: A user designated as verified by SocialQ.
User Content: Content that users post or upload to the App.
1. About So-Q
So-Q is a social platform designed to connect users, facilitate interaction, and enable content sharing. The App includes a points-based system (“Points”) that users can earn, gift, or transfer within the App, as well as features for user verification, subject to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws or by SocialQ.
- Have the authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Your Account
3.1. Account Creation
To access certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@socialq.vip.
SocialQ is not responsible for any consequences arising from your provision of incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information.
3.2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
4. Points System
4.1. Nature of Points
- Points are a virtual reward system within the App and have no monetary value outside the App.
4.2. Earning Points
- You may earn Points through likes, engaging with other users, or participating in promotions, as determined by SocialQ.
- We reserve the right to modify how Points are earned, including eligible activities and Point values.
4.3. Gifting and Transferring Points
- You may gift or transfer Points to other users within the App, subject to limits or conditions set by SocialQ.
- Gifting or transferring Points is at your own risk. SocialQ is not responsible for errors, disputes, or losses resulting from such actions.
4.4. Loss of Points
- No Liability for Loss: SocialQ is not responsible for any loss of Points due to technical issues, account termination, user error, hacking, or any other reason. Points are provided on an “as-is” basis, and we do not guarantee their availability or security.
- If you believe Points were lost due to an error on our part, contact us at support@socialq.vip, but we are not obligated to restore or compensate for lost Points.
4.5. Expiration and Forfeiture
- Points may expire after a period determined by SocialQ. Specifically, Points will expire if the receiving user does not accept Points for a continuous period of three (3) months. Expired Points will no longer be available for use, gifting, transfer, or redemption.
- Points may be forfeited if your account is terminated, suspended, or if you violate these Terms. Expired or forfeited Points cannot be restored or redeemed.
4.6. Modifications to Points System
- SocialQ may modify, suspend, or terminate the Points system at any time, with or without notice, including changes to how Points are earned, gifted, transferred, or redeemed.​
5. Cashing Out Points
5.1 Points may be converted to cash at a rate of 1,000 Points = $1 USD, subject to change at SocialQ’s discretion.
- Cash redemptions may take up to 10 business days.
5.2. Verification
SocialQ may require identity verification (e.g., government-issued ID) before processing cash redemptions to prevent fraud.
5.3. Fees
SocialQ may deduct transaction fees for certain redemption methods, as specified in the App at the time of redemption.
5.4. Non-Transferable
Points are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the account holder.
5.5. Expiration Notices
SocialQ will notify users of impending Point expiration via the App or registered email, but it is your responsibility to track your Points balance.

5.6. Payment Processing
- Payment Method: Cash redemptions of Points are processed exclusively through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. You must provide accurate payment details compatible with Stripe’s requirements to receive funds.
- Third-Party Processing: SocialQ uses Stripe to facilitate secure and efficient cashout transactions. By requesting a cashout, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy, available at [www.stripe.com](https://www.stripe.com). SocialQ is not responsible for delays, errors, or issues caused by Stripe or any other third-party payment provider, including but not limited to failed transactions or incorrect payment details provided by you.
- Processing Time: As stated in Section 5.1, cash redemptions may take up to 10 business days to process, subject to Stripe’s processing timelines and any additional verification requirements.
6. Account Suspension and Point Forfeiture
6.1. Suspension Grounds
SocialQ may suspend or terminate your account and forfeit Points if you:
- Engage in fraudulent activity (e.g., manipulating Point earnings).
- Violate these Terms or the App’s general Terms of Service.
- Attempt to redeem Points through unauthorized methods.
6.2. Forfeiture
Upon account termination, all Points are forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
7. Program Changes and Termination
7.1. Right to Modify or Terminate
SocialQ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Communication of Changes
Changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
7.3. Grace Period
If the Program is terminated, you will have 30 days to redeem eligible Points, after which all Points will be forfeited.
8. Taxes and Liabilities
8.1. Tax Responsibility
You are responsible for any taxes associated with cashing out Points or receiving rewards, as required by applicable law.
8.2. No Liability
SocialQ is not liable for lost, stolen, or unredeemed Points due to technical issues, user error, or unauthorized account access.
9. Limitations and Disclaimers
9.1. No External Value
Points have no monetary value outside the Program and cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged except as permitted by SocialQ.
9.2. Third-Party Delays
SocialQ is not responsible for delays in redemption processing caused by third-party payment providers.
9.3. No Warranty
The Program is provided “as is,” and SocialQ makes no warranties regarding its availability or functionality.
10. Verified Users
- SocialQ may designate certain users as “verified” based on criteria we determine at our sole discretion.
- No Guarantee of Authenticity: Verification does not guarantee that a user’s identity, credentials, or information is authentic, accurate, or legitimate. SocialQ does not independently verify the authenticity of verified users unless explicitly stated.
- No Liability for Misleading or Incorrect Information: SocialQ is not liable for any harm, loss, or damages resulting from incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information provided by verified or non-verified users, including but not limited to identity misrepresentation or false claims.
11. Your Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.
- Post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Manipulate the Points system through fraud, bots, or unauthorized means.
- Misrepresent your identity or provide false information.
- Interfere with the App’s functionality, including by introducing viruses or harmful code.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
12. Content
12.1. Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you post on the App (e.g., text, images, videos). By posting content, you grant SocialQ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content to operate and promote the App.
- You represent that your content is accurate and does not mislead others, but SocialQ is not liable for any inaccuracies in your content.
12.2. SocialQ’s Content
- All content provided by SocialQ, including the App’s design, logos, and Points system, is owned by or licensed to SocialQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
12.3. Content Removal
- We may remove or restrict access to any content, including yours, that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

12.4. Exclusive Right to Use
- SocialQ claims an exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the App’s proprietary content, including but not limited to its design, logos, Points system, software, and user interface, as protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that SocialQ retains sole ownership or exclusive licensing rights to such content, and you may not use, copy, modify, or distribute it for any purpose outside the App without SocialQ’s express written consent. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action to protect SocialQ’s intellectual property rights.
13. Termination
- You may stop using the App at any time by deactivating your account.
- SocialQ may suspend or terminate your access to the App, including your account, Points, or verification status, at our discretion, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and any Points in your account may be forfeited.
14. Disclaimers
- The App, Points system, and verification process are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- SocialQ does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors or viruses.
- No Liability for Points or User Information: As stated in Sections 4.4 and 6, SocialQ is not responsible for any loss, theft, or forfeiture of Points, nor for any harm arising from incorrect or misleading information provided by users, including verified users.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialQ, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, Points system, or reliance on user information (including verified users), including loss of Points, data, or profits. SocialQ’s total liability to you will not exceed $100 USD.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialQ, Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, provision of incorrect or misleading information, or infringement of any third-party rights.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the App or at www.socialq.vip/terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the App.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in Orlando, Florida, USA. You waive the right to participate in class actions or pursue claims in court, except where prohibited by law.
19. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SocialQ, Inc. regarding the App.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. SocialQ may assign its rights and obligations at any time.
- Force Majeure: SocialQ is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks).
